Art in Action at Waterperry

We went to Art in Action at Waterperry last weekend and loved...

the mud and the spectacle of footwear that accompanied it
the amazing spirit and atmosphere in such adverse connditions
the doolicious pork, stuffing, apple sauce and mustard bagettes
the golf cart rides across swampy fields back to parked cars
oh and the art...

beautiful and intricate ceramics. it was lovely to watch her work

wonderfully different

Charlotte Grierson Textiles (
beautiful scarves made using silk, linen, wool, cotton and viscose. charlotte had taken her Dobby loom with her and was happily working on it in through the damp conditions.

Lindsey Mann Jewellery (
funky and fresh jewellery and a great website to boot!

Christopher Wiles Portraits (
incredible portraits made up from tiny biro swirls. fascinated me!
