Brighton Art and Design Guide - The Naked Eye Gallery

The Naked Eye Gallery
Art and Design Map

The Naked Eye Gallery was opened in 1999 by David Donno in the vibrant and elegant Brunswick Area of Hove behind Brunswick Square. David feels that the location is very important, the gallery have been in the same location for 10 years and he feels it is part of the local community.

The Naked Eye is trying to create a friendly atmosphere in the gallery, making art buying more accessible, and less intimidating. David says his customers "are as varied as our artists. From a young rocker buying their first piece of pop art, to an established art buyer adding to their collection, and everything in between."

(Transience in Gold - Ben Allen)
"Our artists are varied, including local artists such as Ian Hodgson, Dion Salvador Lloyd and Ben Allen, and international artists like Fletcher Sibthorp Gill De Mace and Nagy Sandor Zoltan. The gallery carries both original art and fine art prints."
