On the Sunday the 18th May the Mid Century Show will be at the
De La Warr Pavillion in Bexhill on Sea. The auditorium and foyer will be filled with exhibitors who specialise in mid-century design. There will be furniture, ceramics, glass, fabrics and art. It is an opportunity to buy something special and have a super day out by the seaside. The De La Warr Pavillion is a wonderful venue, a grade one listed iconic modernist building right on the seafront. There is also a cafe with views out to sea.
Sussex based Emma Mason British Prints will be exhibiting at Midcentury Modern and will have original prints by modern British printmakers. For details see: www.emmamason.co.uk or phone 01323 413555
An extra treat too is that also at the De La Warr Pavilion the same weekend is Turner prize winner Grayson Perry's "Unpopular Culture" exhibition. So come to both!
The Midcentury Show is on all day Sunday 18th May 11am till 4pm at the De La Warr Pavilion, Bexhill on Sea. Tickets cost £5 and children go free.
